Integrative Alexander Technique Doula Services

A service for current students only
 
The Alexander Technique is a very effective tool in pregnancy, labor and delivery.  Madden trained as a Childbirth Educator with Informed Homebirth and completed the Simkin Center Birth Doula Skills Training in 2018. 
 
In pregnancy, Integrative Alexander Technique Practice offers a means to respond to a daily changing coordination as the baby grows.
 
In labor and delivery, Integrative Alexander Technique provides a practice of “active focus” on the task at hand, and a means to invite the uterus to do its work most efficiently. 
 
I offer this work as a service to members of my learning community.
